Welcome to iLula, an initiative that aims to change the way we design and facilitate workshops, meetings and learning experiences in Switzerland and South Africa.

At the core of our mission is the commitment to cultivate collaboration, empathy, safer environments, and inclusivity in these spaces. To bring this vision to life, we’ve unveiled the iLula toolkit for the empowerment of educators, coaches, facilitators, managers, teachers, team and community leaders and event hosts. 

iLula Training

In our Training programs, you will learn how to design and facilitate spaces, processes, workshops, and meetings that are truly effective, inspiring, participative, and inclusive. We provide you with methods, strategies, tools, and practical tips to support the creation and facilitation of such sessions, drawing on over 10 years of expertise and passion.

iLula Manual

The iLula Manual offers concise and supplementary insights into the practical know-how we share in our training programs. Here, you will learn how to plan and execute meetings, spaces, and events in a participative and inspiring manner. Dive into the theoretical foundations of facilitation and workshop design, which will help you enhance your skills in this field.

iLula Tools

The iLula Tools section features a curated list of useful tools designed to bring your workshop ideas to life. These fun and colorful tools can be purchased to help you create engaging and effective workshops. They are crafted to support your vision and make your facilitation process more enjoyable and dynamic.

  • The iLula experience was very engaging. It allowed those with experience in facilitating and beginners to be comfortable enough to unlearn an re-learn. It also was an experience that allowed one to reflect on their blind spots and how to harness those.
